Light for Infomercial Participation

Hello All,
I received an e-mail from a friend a few weeks ago regarding participation in a fitness-related infomercial. The infomercial part of it is actually very secondary. What interested me was the opportunity to participate in the fitness program, which will be free (a big bonus since I am now self-employed!).
I called, and heard back today. I had a great conversation with the woman and would absolutely love to be part of the project.
Here's the catch - they are having a casting call on Monday and I will be out of town. Because we hit it off, however, she still asked me to send her pictures (which I took today), an e-mail about myself, and there is the possibility that they will call me on Monday in lieu of an in-person meeting.
As I said, I would LOVE to do this project. It fits perfectly with the "health" project I created for myself a couple months back. And, it would be an incredible help for an area that has been challenging in the past. You see, over the past few years I've experienced some milestones (break-up, father passing away, etc.) and through the process have put on approximately 30 pounds. While I have the emotional/mental support for losing weight through my counselor and friends, it would be incredibly helpful to have the physical support as well.
Importantly, I don't want a "quick fix" solution. My intention is to live a healthy, energized life; to create a light-filled, vibrant way of living; and to obtain and maintain optimal vitality. This program seems like the perfect fit for how I am intending to transform my life.
So, here's what I'm asking from you - please send light and visualize my graceful participation in this project. This or something better for the highest good of all concerned. I would greatly appreciate it!

Going through it myself, going to the gym daily (starting this week) and keeping at it to get the rhythm going til it comes part of my daily routine - it's been a year since I blew the dust off those trainers. Let's go for it Nancy - “Cos You're Worth It” 8=)

That is great Nancy, It seems that your heart is ready for the challange, and because of that I'm very confident that you will win and accomplish the program and anything that you set out to do. with your heart which is very important and all of us here the challenge will be met. you no longer will follow the program, you will become the program, your program.

Thanks, you guys! I can actually feel the positive energy buzzing through my body as I read your responses. I feel so incredibly honored to be in so many of your thoughts, prayers, meditations, visualizations, etc. And, I'm knowing that a) we have just dramatically increased my chance of participating in the program (I'm seeing it already happening!), and b) regardless of the program, I am well on my way to a healthy, vibrant way of living.
And Leendert - don't worry, I will still have the same shiny blue eyes and smile for you!

Was thrilled to hear you say you didn't want a quick fix. That's the problem with most diets/fitness plans. If it's not for life, it's not any good. Pick something you can do - run, bike, swim, yoga, whatever - and a way to eat that's healthy, and then stick with it.
Hello, my friends!
So, it appears my highest good didn't involve the infomercial. Since they started the program today, and I never received a call, I have come to the conclusion that I will not be involved in this particular venture. Importantly, I'm trusting that this is absolutely for my highest good and I'm definitely moving forward and garnering all of your positive energy and light for my growth.
Here's an interesting insight that has come forward through this process - I've realized that part of my challenge with working out/eating right/etc., is connected to something much bigger that affects all areas of my life. You see, I've realized that I never learned how to accomplish things without putting pressure on myself. It goes as far as putting pressure on myself to wash my face and brush my teeth at night!!! And, with the pressure, comes the judgment and resulting resistance.
So, I'm realizing that my highest growth right now is removing all pressure from my life – for as long as it takes – and allowing myself to learn to trust my natural rhythm. In truth, it's about trusting who I really am - a beautiful, intelligent, creative, healthy woman who has great gifts to bring to the world. By choosing to release all pressure, I'm trusting that I will accomplish things in life not by putting stress on myself, but by simply allowing the truth of who I am to gracefully come forward.
It's a bit scary since I've always run my life via pressure-filled goals and checklists (importantly, I know goals/checklists/etc. aren't naturally pressure-filled – but mine were!). I am 100% confident that making this shift of releasing pressure is a huge key to what I am meant to be learning now in my life. I'm also sure that it is the biggest investment in my future (and health/body/diet/etc.) I can make.
So, I ask that you continue to send your light. This is definitely a new venture for me and I can use all the support I can get!

I used to live and breathe pressure. As all the balls came cascading down on me I would catch them all, and do a superb job. You can imagine the havoc this way of being had on my bodymind, spirit and heart.
Now I allow all the balls to fall as they wmay, and I do my best, and the world is still spinning AOK. The best part is I get to live the life I create NOW, in love, in bliss, and in service. Aho.

I am thinking about the desert more and more now. Burning Man is just a blink of dust away. I love the desert. I can't live without the Pacific Ocean, but I have to admit I am a desert rat. I fall into the Universe in the desert.
