Professionally, I work in the field of Life Coaching & Counseling, helping clients to manifest and fully live in alignment with their purpose here on the planet. I have an MA in Spiritual Psychology combined with 19 years as a Brand Strategy Director in advertising. I've helped companies such as Apple Computer, Energizer and Infiniti Motor Co. determine their brand vision and design a plan for achieving it, and now I'm living my life's dream of working with individuals to do the same - visioning the life they passionately desire and making it a reality.
Importantly, I believe real, sustainable change happens from the inside out. And, I believe the most effective approaches span across all four levels of being - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. I lovingly teach clients how to design a plan that works for them, and joyfully guide them on their journey to success.

On a personal level, I'm a loving, conscious woman always in search of personal expansion. I love anything creative - from playing clarinet in a wind ensemble to creating jewelry to attending quirky art exhibits. The most unusual event I've ever been to is a ballet in a laundry mat. Fun. My spiritual practice is very important to me but, importantly, it isn't religious in the traditional “right vs. wrong” sense. It's much more about expanding my own consciousness in a way that helps me experience the truth of who I am, and the truth and perfection of others.
